SENSORVIEW '5G Millimeter Wave Lens Antenna Technology' Top 1% SCI Journal Published

11 July, 2023

Good news ahead of listing on the KOSDAQ market on the 19th
"It will become the world's No. 1 company with the world's best technology."

SENSORVIEW(CEO Kim Byung-nam), which is set to enter the KOSDAQ market on the 19th, announced on the 10th that the results of its joint research with Yonsei University were published in the IEEE Wireless Communication Journal.

The journal is in the top 0.9 percent of computer science information systems.

SENSORVIEW published innovative results in the journal to reduce the "beam squint" phenomenon, which has been pointed out as a problem in ultra-wideband multi-array antenna systems, through 5G millimeter-wave band lens antennas developed in collaboration with Yonsei University.

Several research groups have struggled to solve this on a signal processing basis, but performance degradation has been known as an inevitable problem. SENSORVIEW has even secured antenna design process source technology to alleviate this and completely solve the beam squint problem with the developed lens-based array antenna.

This technology can be applied for fixed wireless access communication services in the millimeter wave band. In addition, when applied to small cells, it can be used as an in-building antenna solution that requires high-quality services in a specific direction. The company has completed the registration of nine related patents.

Introducing the company's technology to top journals within 1% of the impact factor is unusual for large companies to achieve.
SENSORVIEW participated in IEEE GlobeCom conferences held in Singapore in 2017, Abu Dhabi in 2018, and Hawaii in 2019, starting with Washington, D.C. in 2016. In addition, he continued to show off his technology at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain in 2019 and CES, the world's largest IT and home appliance exhibition in Las Vegas in 2023, and won the Technology Innovation Award at CES 2023.

"After listing on KOSDAQ, we will respond to the global 5G market, expand the localization business of the defense industry, enter the semiconductor measurement equipment market, secure a stable profit structure, and become a representative global small department company in Korea," said Kim Byung-nam, CEO of SENSORVIEW.

Meanwhile, SENSORVIEW recorded a competition ratio of 1,673 to 1 in its demand forecast for institutional investors conducted from the 3rd to the 4th, and will be listed on the KOSDAQ market on the 19th after conducting general subscriptions for two days from the 10th to the 11th.
