Our Principles

management activities based on fair competition, mutual trust

Actively practice the ethical code, which is the correct standard
of value judgment and the principle of action that executives
and employees must comply with.

Chapter 1

Responsibility to customers

Since customers are the basis for the growth and existence of sensorview, they provide the best products and services by using customer satisfaction as the top priority for all value judgments.

  1. Customer satisfaction
    It always provides consumers with the best quality, best service, and affordable products.
  2. Respect for customers
    We respect the needs of our customers and do our best to resolve them reasonably and quickly.
  3. Customer protection
    The customer's property shall be carefully protected and the customer-related information shall not be leaked to the outside without the customer's prior consent or used for any purpose other than its original purpose.

Chapter 2

Basic ethics of executives and employees

Employees and executives recognize that each correct view of ethics is the basis of corporate ethics as the basis for constituting sensorview, and endeavor to make each individual an ethical citizen through fair job performance.

  1. Basic ethics
    Individual employees have pride and pride in representing sensorview, and as an independent person, they always strive to maintain the honor of individuals and sensorview with high ethical values.

    Employees and executives do not engage in any monetary transaction activities, such as mutual money loans or joint guarantees.
  5. Prohibition of sexual harassment in the workplace
    Sexual harassment in the workplace requires thorough preventive management through regular education and does not do anything that harms beauty and morals or causes sexual shame.

Responsibilities To Employees

SensorView has a necessary system and actively supports executives and employees to foster autonomous and creative talents, and executives and employees enhance their qualities and abilities by implementing autonomous self-development plans.

  1. Respect For Human Beings
    SensorView respects all executives and employees as independent personalities and does its best to achieve pride and reward through their duties based on ownership.
  2. Fair Treatment
    SensorView shall give equal opportunities according to the capabilities and qualities of executives and employees, evaluate each individual's capabilities and achievements in accordance with fair standards, and duly compensate them.
  3. Creating A Creative Organizational Culture
    It creates a mature and creative organizational culture in which executives and employees can respect each other based on trust and understanding and promote original thinking and autonomous behavior.

Chapter 4

Responsibilities To Partner Companies

We recognize that strengthening ties with all partner companies that have business relationships to form a mutual partnership is the way to prosper together and coexist on the basis of trust and cooperation.

  1. An Equal And Fair Trade
    The partner company is reasonably selected in accordance with fair standards, all transactions are carried out in a mutually equal position, and does not abuse any superior position.
  2. Co-Prosperity
    We actively strive to co-prosper through various support and cooperation for partner companies.
  3. Prohibition of receipt of money, entertainment, etc
    They do not accept any form of gifts, money or entertainment, and are not provided with any convenience for personal business.

    It faithfully complies with all domestic and foreign laws and rules that companies must follow in relation to commerce.

    It respects the market economic order, does not do anything that harm the national economy, and contributes to the construction of a welfare society by faithfully fulfilling tax obligations and creating jobs.
  3. Protection Of Shareholder Interests
    It actively protects shareholders' investment returns by realizing stable profits through management activities.
  4. Environmental Protection And Conservation Of Resources
    It actively participates in environmental protection and takes the lead in environmental protection and resource conservation through resource conservation and continuous technological development.

Chapter 6

Obligation To Comply With Code Of Ethics

Employees must comply with the Code of Ethics, and management shall continuously monitor all employees for compliance with the Code of Ethics so that they can be settled in the company.

  1. In the event of a violation, recurrence is prevented through identification of the cause and education.
  2. Employees and executives shall comply with the Code of Ethics in good faith, and shall be liable for violations, such as receiving disciplinary measures.
  3. Where a violation of the Code of Ethics is forced or recognized, the management support department shall be notified to prevent it in advance.

Supplementary Provisions

This Regulation shall come into force on July 1, 2021.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to any personal data SENSORVIEW Inc. (“SENSORVIEW” hereinafter) obtains through our business activities.


1. Managing and Protecting Personal Data
To legitimately handle personal information concerning stakeholders, Sensorview proceeds in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR” hereinafter), California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”), and other related regulations in managing and protecting personal data. Sensorview represents and warrants that we neither use obtained personal data, other than for our own business purpose, nor sell personal data.

a. Informing stakeholders of Company products; providing stakeholders with other information
b. Informing stakeholders of events; contacting stakeholders for other reasons ; conducting surveys
c. Sales analysis, marketing research, improving services
d. Responding to inquiries from stakeholders concerning products
e. Confirming the identity of visitors during plant tours and facilitating their guidance
f. Screening prospective employees; human resource management after hiring
g. Preparing various types of human resource data and contacting former employees
h. Responding to inquiries concerning matters such as operations attendant or related to those enumerated under a.-g. above


4. Legal Bases for Handling Personal Data
Sensorview handles the personal data of stakeholders pursuant to the legal bases stipulated in Article 6 and Article 7 of the GDPR and other related regulations.


5. Refusal to Provide Personal Data
Data must be received from stakeholders to access Sensorview services and information or for purposes such as management of Company businesses and employees.
It may prove impossible to provide services, in whole or in part, if stakeholders do not provide data.
('Company' refers to Sensorview.)


6. Legitimate Interests Held by Sensorview
Sensorview has legitimate business interests in the use of personal data collected to conduct its businesses. These interests involve providing services and products to stakeholders and services and activities related to business and employee management.


7. Types of Personal Data
Sensorview handles personal data for customers, shareholders, and employees (including applicants for employment and former employees ; collectively, “stakeholders” hereinafter) for the purposes indicated under “3. Purpose of use of personal data” above.
Such personal data includes the following personal information :

a. Basic Information
Name, address, contact information (telephone number, fax number, email address), workplace information
(company name, section name, position, address, telephone number, email address), school name

b. Trading Partner Information
Information concerning transactions with trading partners

c. Information Collected via the Website
Logs of visits to the Company website (IP address, cookies, etc.) Information on customers who have submitted inquiries, downloaded catalogs, etc.


8. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Sensorview may share personal data such as business name, customer's name, phone number, address, Email address and/or job title to the following in order to provide the service requested :

a. Affiliated Companies
Sensorview may share stakeholder personal data with Sensorview affiliated companies.

b. Service Providers
Sensorview may share stakeholder personal data with companies that provide various services, including marketing, responding to orders from stakeholders, payment processing, data analysis, and customer surveys.

c. Stakeholder personal data may be provided to authorities or recipients of disclosure stipulated in laws and regulations when necessary to comply with any laws or regulations.


9. Transfer of Personal Data to a Third Country Outside the EU
To achieve the purposes of use described under “3. Purpose of use of personal data” and “4. Legal bases for handling personal data,” Sensorview may transfer stakeholder personal data from within the EU/EEA member states to Sensorview affiliated companies. As an appropriate protection measure, except in cases in which the European Commission has determined that the relevant country or region maintains adequate levels of data protection, Sensorview will conclude a standard data protection agreement with the affiliated company before transferring stakeholder personal data.


10. Storage Limitation
Sensorview will retain stakeholder personal data for the duration necessary to comply with legal obligations or to provide legitimate services to stakeholders.


11. Rights of Stakeholders
a. Sensorview will comply with regulations as follows in response to demands from the individuals concerned or their agents regarding personal data in Sensorview’s possession:

Please submit any requests in relation to the handling of your personal information to the address listed under “15. Inquiries.” Requests must be submitted in writing along with a photocopy of one of the following documents to confirm your identity:

Identifying Documents:
Driver’s license, passport, insurance card, or other document issued by a public agency that can be used to confirm identity (if no address is indicated on the identification document, attach a document issued by a public agency indicating the address)
For requests made by an agent, the above documentation is required alongside a letter of attorney

The Company may refuse to comply with a demand if the demand is clearly groundless; is excessive; or is repeated. In such cases, it will promptly notify the individual submitting the demand of the fact of such rejection and reasons, therefore.

c. Filing Objections
Stakeholders may file objections with supervisory authorities if they object to Sensorview’s handling of personal data or the methods whereby Sensorview handles personal customer data.


12. Data Security Measures
Pursuant to requirement of regulations, Sensorview has formulated the Information Security Management Regulations and the Information Security Operation Standards separately from this Policy.
Sensorview also implements organizational security measures, including the development and maintenance of information security systems, and takes measures such as access control, identification, and other technological security measures.


13. Notifying the Relevant Supervisory Agencies of any Information Leaks
Should Sensorview discover any unlawful damage, loss, alteration, or data leakage of personal information, it will issue the necessary notification to the relevant supervisory agencies under related regulations and notify the individuals concerned by the affected data.


14. Automated Decision-making, Including Profiling
Sensorview does not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, based on personal data provided by the individuals concerned.
